Where are you located?

We do not have a retail storefront. We lease a licensed commercial kitchen located on Metro Parkway in Fort Myers that is private & not open to the public. We are, however, at the Naples Third Street South Farmer’s Market every Saturday morning from 7:30 to 11:30 AM. Stop by to meet us, ask any questions, sample some goodies, or pre-order & pick up some food there!

I would like to order the 4 week plan, but I will be away for a week or two. Can I skip a week?

Absolutely! We just roll over the skip week(s) to the end of your plan. If you are a recurring customer, we recommend that you order the 4 week plan (& SAVE $$$!).

Do I have to be home to receive the meals?

No. If no one is home at the time of delivery (most deliveries are in the morning), please leave a cooler with blue ice packs by your front door. If you have another refrigerator (maybe in the garage), let us know & we’ll work out the delivery details (access codes, etc).

Do you deliver to gated communities? To my office?

Yes. Please put ‘Body & Soul’ on the visitor list at your community’s security gate (both Monday & Wednesday). We will deliver to your workplace if that is more convenient.

What time do you deliver?

We deliver on Mondays & Wednesdays, beginning in Fort Myers around 9 AM and work our way south. We are typically in the Estero/Bonita area around 10 AM. North Naples area around 11 AM, Old Naples (Fifth Ave area) around Noon, Marco Island around 2 PM. These are estimated times based on traffic & the amount of deliveries we have.

What if I don’t like one of the menu offerings, or have a food restriction/allergy?

Please notify us upon ordering of any food allergies or diet restrictions. If there is something you don’t like being offered, send us a message & we’ll do a substitution meal for you. We are working towards offering some alternative meal items on the order page that may be a substitution. Give us a call if you have any concerns/questions, 239-682-3663.
