WEEK OF JULY 3rd (PLEASE PLACE ORDER NO LATER THAN 5:00 PM, Saturday July 1st For DELIVERY JULY 3rd)

  • Baked Quinoa Polenta (With lentils, smoked tomatoes, & herbed “gorgonzola cream”
  • Island Bowl (Coconut & lime infused rice, red beans, mango, grilled pepper & radicchio)
  • BBQ Cauliflower (Popcorn cauliflower tossed in homemade bbq sauce with potato & leek salad)
  • Stuffed Peppers (Filled with a warm avocado & chickpea salad, smoked almonds, & carrot puree)
  • Sweet Potato Gnocchi (With spinach & artichoke “cream sauce”)

  • WEEK OF JULY 10th (PLEASE PLACE ORDER NO LATER THAN 5:00 PM, Saturday July 8th For DELIVERY JULY 10th)

  • Asian Roots & Greens Stir fry (Turnips, rutabagas, sweet potato & carrots with “egg”, arugula & brown rice, stir fried with a miso=ginger sauce)
  • “Pork” Peaches & Cream (“Pork” cutlet over cornbread, topped with sauteed peaches, pecans, crimini mushroom “bacon”, maple & fresh rosemary. Topped with horseradish “cream”)
  • Cauliflower & Quinoa “Shrimp” (Dulse infused cauliflower & quinoa “prawns”, chilled cucumber noodles, citrus salsa, sauteed carrot & celery)
  • Butternut & Herb Risotto Cakes (Made with short grain brown rice. Served with carrot goulash & pistachio kale pesto)
  • Black Bean Patty (Served over field greens & cauliflower “rice”. Served with pickled peppers, pico de gallo & chipotle aioli)

      Meal plans are $60 for 5 entrees delivered for free to your home/office. You can purchase it on our website & provide your address for delivery. We deliver the 1st two entrees on Monday morning and the other 3 entrees on Wednesday morning. You have until 5:00PM this Saturday to order for next Monday’s startup delivery.
