WEEK OF JUNE 12th (PLEASE PLACE ORDER NO LATER THAN 5:00 PM, Saturday June 10th For DELIVERY JUNE 12th)

  • Shaved Rutabaga Body Bowl (with red onion, smoked pecans, apricot & “Blue cheese” over brown rice & curried mustard glaze)
  • BBQ Pulled “Pork” (Shredded BBQ eggplant between thick slices of sweet potato, homemade pickles, Chayote cole slaw & smoked onions)
  • Portabella “BLT” (Homemade harvest bread with portabella “bacon”, water cress & tomato. Served with plantain chips & a side of spicy roasted pepper aioli)
  • Quinoa Croquettes & Tampenade  (Savory bake bites of quinoa sauteed with fresh garlic & arugula. Served with a dollop of olive & sun dried tomato tapenade relish)
  • Herbs de Provence Cutlet (Chick-un cutlet (chickpeas) with a lavender/herb crust, roasted gremolata potatoes, & lemon beurre blanc sauce

  • Falafel Platter (Curried chickpea cake, cauliflower tabbouleh & roasted red pepper hummus)
  • Spinach & Artichoke Quiche (A blend of bean flours & black salt with spinach & artichokes-baked & served with steamed broccoli, tomato & miso-white bean “mornay” sauce
  • Lentils & Beets (Stewed lentils, roasted beets, wilted frissee & arugula, pickled carrot, with shallot, parley & pistachio puree)
  • Butternut & Black bean Tostadas (Crispy corn tortillas topped with butternut squash, black beans, avocado, and our famous “queso”)
  • Roots Stirfry (Sesame wok-fried sweet potato, carrots, squashes, turnips & brown rice with miso-ginger sauce.

    WEEK OF JUNE 26th

  • Savory Scallion & Oat Griddle Cakes (Pan seared in vegan butter with Latin spices, bean & potato hash & smoked tomato “demi”)
  • Chickpea Bowl (Wok-fried curried chickpeas, cauliflower “rice”, diced carrots, celery, peppers & cucumbers, with cucumber-mint riata)
  • Linguine Puttanesca (Lentil pasta tossed in a flavorful red sauce with minced olives, capers, fresh herbs & kelp “anchovy”. Finished with a balsamic reduction sauce)
  • Mole “Chick-un” (Chickpea cutlets tossed in a rich cocoa & pepper sauce, with warn spiced quinoa & raisins. Served with mango salsa)
  • Stuffed Sweet Potatoes (Filled with blackeye peas & “creamed” collards)

    WEEK OF JULY 3rd

  • Baked Quinoa Polenta (With lentils, smoked tomatoes, & herbed “gorgonzola cream”
  • Island Bowl (Coconut & lime infused rice, red beans, mango, grilled pepper & radicchio)
  • BBQ Cauliflower (Popcorn cauliflower tossed in homemade bbq sauce with potato & leek salad)
  • Stuffed Peppers (Filled with a warm avocado & chickpea salad, smoked almonds, & carrot puree)
  • Sweet Potato Gnocchi (With spinach & artichoke “cream sauce”)

      Meal plans are $60 for 5 entrees delivered for free to your home/office. You can purchase it on our website & provide your address for delivery. We deliver the 1st two entrees on Monday morning and the other 3 entrees on Wednesday morning. You have until 5:00PM this Saturday to order for next Monday’s startup delivery.
